Don't slack off in fire drills, build a secure firewall!
In order to enable all employees of the company to understand the basic knowledge of fire protection, improve their awareness of safety precautions, enhance their self-protection ability, master the skills of emergency response and escape in case of sudden fire, learn to extinguish the fire and handle Emergency evacuation orderly, the company held the "fire safety emergency drill activity" on the morning of June 30, 2018.
The company specially invited Captain Chen Shicheng of Bandong Fire Brigade to provide guidance, and the entire activity was divided into three processes: fire safety knowledge training, emergency evacuation, and initial fire extinguisher practical exercise. During the training class, Captain Chen gave detailed explanations on fire hazard awareness, how to prevent, how to self rescue, how to extinguish fires, types of fire extinguishers, and usage methods, and provided a large number of vivid examples, which made everyone empathize and deeply realize the severity of fire safety.
During the simulated emergency evacuation process, the office building was filled with thick smoke. Employees covered their mouths and noses with wet towels and quickly, safely, and orderly evacuated to the designated safe assembly point according to the designated escape route. The entire escape drill took less than 5 minutes. Subsequently, all participating employees conducted practical fire extinguishing skills drills on the factory square. After igniting the fire on site, everyone personally tried out the fire extinguishing equipment to extinguish the fire. Captain Chen provided on-site guidance on everyone's operating methods and fire extinguishing skills.
Through this fire safety drill, not only did it enhance the fire safety awareness of all employees, but it also deepened their understanding of fire safety knowledge and proficiency in the correct use of fire extinguishing equipment, further improving their emergency response and self rescue capabilities for sudden fire accidents.
